    It’s never too late to do push-ups! How many can you do? Share with us!

    Why are push-ups good for you? They will help you get a stronger upper body by working your chest, shoulder, triceps, and back muscles. They will also help you build a stronger midsection, to get those fabulous abs. Push- ups stabilize your core muscles by combining an upper-body pushing movement with a plank position.

    As we get older, fat tends to accumulate around the belly. Push-ups are an excellent way to fight this, and are even better than crunches! Also, remember that women in general tend to be weaker than men in their upper body strength.

    If you can’t do pushups, don’t get discouraged! Try doing a plank first. Look online or speak to a trainer to get information about proper form before you start, I don’t want anyone to get hurt.
