This class can be quite challenging and requires a real desire to look at the potential roots behind your lack of success in losing weight. If there are very profound psychological reasons behind your weight problem, they may require additional therapeutic support from a psychotherapist or psychiatrist. This program may not be enough to help you overcome these issues. In this class you will learn:

  • To stop allowing negative emotions to take over and master you
  • To uncover your desires and passions and take charge of your life
  • To get rid of old patterns and stay focused on your new vibrant goals

Brain exercises:

  • Make a list of your repressed emotions
  • Make a list of all the things you love about yourself
  • Make a decision about how you will assert yourself after this class. Write down your affirmation.
  • Learn to deal with it through a releasing exercise and replace it with a positive and constructive emotion
