  • Understand the impact of your own thoughts and pre-conceived ideas on your eating behaviors and how you self – sabotage your weight loss efforts without even realizing it

Brain exercises:

  • Unearth your sabotaging thoughts and create new positive ones. Your top 5 thoughts will be associated with an image.
  • Create your affirmation wall (drawing, words, collage etc.)

  • Determine what is in your way to weight loss success and decide how to eliminate it from your life, and what do you have to continue to cope with and learn to manage

  • Practice associating healthy foods with certain feelings/images and will do the same with the not so healthy foods you plan to eliminate.
